Sanipak announced that the process of joining Arch Peninsula has been completed following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. With the transaction now finalized, the company has entered a new phase in its growth journey as part of one of the world’s leading integrated pulp, paper and packaging manufacturing groups.
By bringing together Arch Peninsula’s global scale and manufacturing expertise with Sanipak’s market-leading brands, the new structure is expected to further strengthen the company’s competitiveness and international growth capabilities.
In this new era, Sanipak plans to consolidate its leadership in the tissue paper category while accelerating growth in the personal care and home care categories. The company also aims to continue bringing world-class innovations to the market.
“A new era in Sanipak’s growth journey”
Nishant Grover, Co-Head of Investments at the Group and Chairman of the Board of Sanipak, said the transaction marks the beginning of a new era in Sanipak’s growth journey.
“Sanipak is a company built on strong foundations, with leading brands in its categories, a highly capable team and modern manufacturing infrastructure in Türkiye and Morocco,” Grover said, adding that the transaction also holds strategic importance for the Group’s ambition to expand its portfolio in the region.
Commenting on the priorities for the period ahead, Grover said: “We will focus on supporting Sanipak’s innovation capabilities and expanding the regional reach of its brands. In doing so, we will continue to deliver an outstanding experience for our consumers while creating long-term value for our business partners.”

Revenue doubled in foreign currency terms over the past four years
Sanipak CEO Bülent Kozlu said the new era brings significant opportunities for the company, its employees, consumers of its brands and business partners.
Highlighting Sanipak’s nearly 60-year history, Kozlu noted that the company has built strong, trusted brands, some of which have created entirely new categories. He also drew attention to Sanipak’s growth performance over the past four years.
“Over the past four years, we have doubled our revenue in foreign currency terms, increased our market share in Türkiye, expanded our export network and grown our operations in Morocco,” Kozlu said.
Kozlu added that Sanipak aims to take its strong performance to the next level by leveraging the global scale and capabilities of its new shareholder. He noted that the company will continue investing in its manufacturing infrastructure in Türkiye and Morocco, its brands and its export capacity.
“We will continue to create long-term value for all our stakeholders, while increasing our contribution to employment and economic growth in Türkiye and strengthening Sanipak’s ambition to become a regional leader,” Kozlu said.
